Thoughts on "The soul of communication"

Through this excerpt, I have realized how important communication skills are. Before reading this, I would not have expected the consequences of miscommunication in a business setting to be so severe. Having taken project management modules before, good communication skills had never been focused on. Seeing the problems brought about by communication problems, I think that this skill should be emphasized on. 

Sometimes I find it hard to express something in spoken or written language. In most cases, this is brought about by the lack of clarity. Critical thinking helps to grow habits and practices that aids us in communication. I think it would be crucial for everyone to learn good communication skills and make use of critical thinking to facilitate us to make less mistakes. Everybody should be able to think rationally and communicate efficiently.
